His deep industry roots include 14 years with Sam Goody, a foundational era in music specialty retail that honed his expertise in audience engagement and the history of the record industry. This background serves as the engine for his work as a producer and co-host of The Big Hair Show and Back in Time Brothers, projects he leads alongside his brother, Paulie. By integrating a forward-thinking approach to AI and modern production with a deep respect for the 70s, 80s, and 90s, Lou has positioned RetroWave Media as a bridge between the analog gold standard and the digital future.
